She has led the Translational Research Department, streamlining operations, designing research frameworks and publishing high-impact reports on skilling, CSR and grantmaking strategies. Her work has earned recognition from leading institutions including IIT Madras, and from corporate clients including Crompton, TSG, Nudge, Mann+Hummel and GIZ.

She has also worked on the ground, designing and implementing programs in rural education, sanitation and livelihood development that reached thousands of students and community members. She has supported IIT Kanpur, Samhita, PSR Sustainability and the US Consulate, gaining experience across entrepreneurship training, fundraising, research and impact assessment.

Monika holds an M.A. in Social Entrepreneurship from TISS Mumbai and an M.A. in Public Administration from Lucknow University. She has taken part in international research exchange programs at Monash University, Australia, and has piloted social ventures including Innato Agri Products, a Farmer Producer Company, and Badlaav, an education initiative for rural children.

He sets the technical strategy and stack, balancing scalability and reliability against an early-stage burn rate through cloud architecture and build-versus-buy decisions sized to absorb intake and campaign demand spikes. He established the company's engineering standards, covering architecture review, coding and testing practice, release discipline and IP documentation, and owns the security and data-privacy posture for student data against India's DPDP Act and GDPR.

He architected and shipped the cloud platform and the flagship product, CareerCompass, an AI-assisted career-counselling product, alongside tennenx.com: backend and async services, data modeling, authentication, web front-ends, CI, and containerised production deployment with a custom domain, TLS and transactional email. He is currently leading a skilling dashboard product, an online classroom for upskilling students towards placement, from product design through launch.

Before TennenX he spent three years at Amazon Ads in New York, building and owning Java microservices for ad delivery and campaign management. He launched new ad placements for Indian marketplaces as part of international expansion, and cut the end-to-end new-marketplace launch timeline from roughly four months to one by adding new services and centralising cross-package configuration. He migrated advertising services onto native AWS and carried on-call for the services he owned.

Earlier, at Loylty Rewardz in Mumbai, he was a core engineer on a bank and retail loyalty platform processing millions of daily transactions, covering multi-source ingestion, a rule-engine points system, redemption and campaign services. He automated partner file processing across every bank and retailer with Talend ETL and Apache Camel pipelines, built a monitoring service giving the team real-time visibility across servers and APIs, and was on the core team that re-architected the platform from a synchronous, stateful model to an asynchronous, stateless one on Apache Kafka, eliminating data loss and enabling per-transaction retry.

He also designs and ships independent products: duSraBheja, a personal AI second brain with an MCP server; dataGenie, a multi-agent data analytics platform; and live client platforms including a booking system for Balkan Barbershop and a site for Kaffa Espresso Bar, each deployed and operated end to end. He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from NYU Tandon and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, where he was a KVPY Scholar. Before training as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, her background was in the IT services industry and recruitment.

Sonali is a professionally qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and has been established in private practice for more than 10 years. She conducts psychometric tests such as MCMI IV (Pearson) and MACI (Pearson) for adults and teens, and assessments for anxiety, depression, personality and others (Psypack), by referral from hospitals and psychiatrists. She also incorporates alternate techniques to support her clients via Access Bars, and is a certified Career Assessor and Counsellor for younger children and professionals.

With over 13 years of experience as a psychologist, psychotherapist and life coach, she works with young children from the age of 10 onwards on their academic, personality and social adjustments, alongside their parents, and with teens and young adults on anxiety and depression. She handles family and couples issues and provides counselling support, and works with mind and body issues through biographical counselling. She is training to be a Biographical Counsellor under Rudolf Steiner Anthroposophy, based on esoteric sciences.

She conducts programs for corporates on psychological adjustments for life after retirement, practises Access Bars and mindfulness with her clients, and offers life coaching sessions to younger companies and educational institutions. As a WHO trained Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper she volunteers with the suicide prevention group Sneh Aangan.

Her counselling and therapy typically runs to 6 to 12 sessions, while deeper issues may take longer to resolve. She conducts sessions in person at the clinic and online. With over 13 years of corporate experience at IBM India Pvt Ltd, she is able to relate to the professional and personal issues of individuals and their families. She is bound by and adheres to the Ethical Framework for Good Practice under all of her associations, and keeps herself updated within the field of psychology so as to be able to mentor people on their well-being.

He currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Spiro, working on advanced technology solutions that contribute to scalable digital systems. His expertise spans full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps and machine-learning frameworks, with experience building high-performance applications and data-driven technology platforms.
